Bleeding Cool has reported that independent graphic novel publisher Insomnia has shut down.
It is believed that Insomnia publisher Crawford Coutts filed with the UK Companies House that the company would finish trading.
The news comes only weeks after Coutts reassured fans that everything within Insomnia was fine.
"After several months of spring cleaning, I'm very pleased to announce that Insomnia is now a slimmer, lighter, faster and an even more dynamic publishing company," Coutts wrote.
This announcement of a potential end to the publishing company comes following a number of public disputes between the company and its creators including Stevie White extracting rights from the company for his graphic novel Milk and Insomnia's failure to publish their Burke & Hare title alongside the upcoming John Landis film starring Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis.
It is being reported that news of Insomnia's cessation of trading has only reached creators today.
