Max Brooks penning WWII graphic novel

Author Max Brooks is working on a graphic novel set during World War II.
According to Bleeding Cool, the book will be published by Avatar Press and based on a true story.
Brooks - the son of iconic director Mel - is best known for the satirical horror titles World War Z and Zombie Survival Guide. The writer is also expected to publish blueprints for a zombie-proof house that he has designed.
