Dave McElfatrick given US visa

Cyanide & Happiness co-creator Dave McElfatrick has been issued a US visa.
The resident of Ireland began an online petition last month after being denied the 0-1 visa he had applied for, reports Robot 6.
The visa is reserved for "aliens of extraordinary ability" and allows McElfatrick to join the other three Cyanide & Happiness creators - who are all US residents - and work on the webcomic together in person.
"That's right! The gents over in the US Immigration Office have decided that I am fit for a visa and it's all thanks to YOU GUYS," wrote McElfatrick on explosm.net.
"I suspect it might have something to do with 4,000 pages worth of signatures from C&H delivered right to their door. Pat yourselves on the back!"
