Stan Sakai's long-running comic was originally published by Fantagraphics before moving to its current home with Dark Horse Comics.
The two-cover limited slipcase edition collects the entire initial run, which is currently available in seven trade paperbacks, and will be released in October.
Usagi Yojimbo's anthropomorphic rabbit ronin will celebrate his 200th issue next year.
