The company has taken out a nine-year lease on a 60,000 square-foot office space in the Sports Illustrated building on 135 West 50th Street, reports The Commercial Observer.
"Marvel Entertainment's current lease at 417 Fifth Avenue was expiring within the year and this was a great opportunity to house its headquarter offices on one floor," said Robert Silver of Marvel representatives Newmark Knight Frank.
The revelation came on the same day that it was announced that DC Entertainment is moving its offices to Burbank, California, while the comics division remains in New York.
