Yesterday, the publisher asked fans to vote on whether Deadpool Team-Up or Deadpool Corps should be discontinued.
However, the artist - who co-created the character with writer Fabian Nicieza - hit out at the survey via his Twitter account, claiming that Marvel has already decided to axe Deadpool Corps with issue #12.
"Just checked out that poll. That's a charade. The decision has already been made," he wrote. "And I honestly thought I'd seen everything possible in this business.
"The truth shall set you free. And the truth is that all discussions and correspondence on [Deadpool Corps] has it as a 12-issue miniseries. Confused."
Marvel is yet to respond to the allegation.
