Quesada: 'Mighty Avenger could return'

Posting on Twitter, the exec expressed his regret at the title's discontinuation, claiming that the decision was not his.
"Sorry about the TMA cancellation, folks. For the record, I don't make those decisions. That said, it's a great [comic] and may be back again someday," he wrote.
Earlier today, the publisher confirmed that the critically acclaimed series would end as of issue #8.
Featuring a creative team of Roger Langridge and Chris Samnee, the comic saw the Thunder God return to Earth after a millennium in exile. The book's received favourable reviews but fared modestly in the sales chart.
The final issue of Thor: The Mighty Avenger arrives in stores in January 2011.
