DC Comics is rumoured to be reprinting Pat Mills and Kevin O'Neill's Marshal Law in a collected volume.
Speaking during a 2000AD podcast, Mills confirmed that the duo are in talks with the publisher to reissue the anti-superhero satire series.
The writer also revealed plans to approach DC with a view to revisiting its 1986 graphic novel Metalzoic.
"DC have expressed an interest in reprinting Marshal Law and if we close the deal with them then I think the next thing we would bring up with them is Metalzoic," he said. "Once we close the deal on Marshal Law, and things are looking quite bright now."
Previously published by Apocalypse, Dark Horse, Cool Beanz, Image and Marvel under its Epic imprint, Marshal Law follows a government-sanctioned enforcer tasked with taking down superpowered beings that have gone rogue.
DC is yet to confirm that it is reprinting the series.
