Speaking to DS, the scribe confirmed that the Hulk will take on the gods in issues #621 and #622 of the comic before journeying to the Savage Land.
"Right now, the Hulks are taking on the resurrected Abomination and the demonic form of Banner's dead father in our 'Chaos War' tie-ins, which conclude in issue #620," he said. "Next, the Hulk takes the fight to the gods themselves in Incredible Hulks #621 and #622.
"And then we're off for a trip to the Savage Land - featuring the return of Mike the Unhived, who hasn't been seen since the shocking climax of 'World War Hulk'. Each of these stories takes our ongoing theme of family to the next level - we're working towards a massive climax here that you won't want to miss."
Pak signed an exclusivity agreement with Marvel in 2005. In addition to his work on the publisher's Hulk titles, his recent projects include Incredible Hercules, War Machine and the upcoming Silver Surfer miniseries.
Incredible Hulks #620 arrives in stores on January 12.
