Retailing at the introductory price of $9.99 (£6.40), the book compiles the early chapters of the title, including the recently sold-out issue #4 and the Free Comic Book Day issue #0.
Written by Ron Mars and illustrated by Michael Broussard, the crossover event features almost every major character from the Top Cow universe. Its plot revolves around 13 mystical Artifacts on which the fate of the world depends.
Artifacts Volume 1 arrives in trade paperback at the end of January. Its release will coincide with the launch of the year-long event's second arc.
