Written by CW Cooke and illustrated by Kent Hurlburt, the one-shot will chronicle the controversial media figure's rise to fame and shed light on his personal life.
"He says what we all want to say and does what we all want to do... and people love him for it," said Cooke. "He's been in the public eye for years, but he's still an enigma."
The title is to be released under Bluewater's new 'Orbit' banner, which will provide biographical comics geared towards the male demographic. Issues focusing on LeBron James, Gary Gygax and J.R.R. Tolkien are planned for future release.
Orbit: Howard Stern arrives in stores in April.
