According to Deadline, Jonah Hex producer Andrew Lazar will oversee the project's development alongside Platinum CEO Scott Mitchell Rosenberg. Top Cow's Marc Silvestri will executive produce with Randy Greenberg.
Debuting in 2005, V.I.C.E. follows a group of superhuman delinquents who agree to use their powers to aid the FBI in exchange for cleaned-up criminal records. It ran for five issues.
Other Top Cow properties optioned for cinema include Witchblade - which was previously adapted as a live-action series and an anime show - and The Darkness. There have been no developments on the latter since Dimension acquired the rights in 2004.
A potential release window for V.I.C.E. is yet to be announced.
