The image shows the team facing off against X-Man and Blink.
"We will get them, no matter what," reads the caption.
The teaser also identifies 2011 ("MMXI") as "Year of the X-Men".
X-Man - aka Nate Grey - is a version of Cable who crossed over from the Age of Apocalypse parallel universe and was resurrected last year in the pages of the Dark X-Men miniseries.
Blink is another survivor of the world that was the focus of the '90s crossover, and has featured heavily in Exiles. The original, Earth-616 version of her was killed in battle with the Phalanx shortly after her introduction.
The issue's creative team remains "classified". New Mutants #25 will be released in May.
