Mark Millar and Leinil Yu have given permission for their Superior property to be used at the convention in an attempt to break the record for 'Fastest Production of a Comic Book' and 'Most Contributors to a Comic Book'.
Creators attending the event - including Paul Cornell, Andy Diggle, Dave Gibbons, Jock, Frank Quitely and John Romita Jr - will be getting involved in the attempt, reports Robot 6.
The entire issue will have to be produced between 11am and 6.30pm on the Saturday in order to set the production speed record.
The 20-page comic will be distributed through Marvel's creator-owned Icon imprint, with proceeds going to the Yorkhill Children's Foundation.
The inaugural Kapow! Comic Con will be held over the weekend of April 9 and 10 at the Business Design Centre in London. Tickets are available now through the event's website.
