Released in conjunction with the firm's Yeo Books imprint, the coffee table book charts the history of comics legend Archie Andrews and his Riverdale gang.
The collection is edited and designed by Eisner Award-winner Craig Yoe. It features more than 200 pages of history, biographies and unpublished artwork, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the Archie universe.
"We're excited and honoured to have our history presented so expertly by Craig and our friends at IDW," said Archie CEO Jon Goldwater.
"This is the kind of book that fans everywhere will cherish for some time. It's an essential volume for long-time and new fans of Archie and the Riverdale gang."
IDW has held the rights to publish deluxe hardcover and trade paperback collections based on Archie's back catalogue since 2009. The series of reissues began last May with Archie: The Best Of Dan DeCarlo Volume One.
Archie: A Celebration Of America's Favourite Teenagers will be available in comic and book stores on April 20, priced $49.99 (£30).
