Gail Simone teases more Bane in 'Secret Six'

Secret Six follows the adventures of a group of villainous characters and has seen several lineup changes since it began.
"It's always meant to be one of those books where you break it up quite a bit and the team rotates as much as possible," Simone told Newsarama, when asked whether the team would ever remain static. "And I think its a fun team where you can have characters like Killer Shark and they fit in really well.
"It's always been meant to be a somewhat rotating cast," the writer explained.
Despite insisting that characters can leave or be killed off at any minute, Simone did confirm that Batman villain Bane would remain a part of the cast for the foreseeable future, especially given his upcoming appearance in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises.
"Coming up soon in Secret Six is some more Bane stuff that actually is really important and is going to spill over into other DCU books," Simone teased. "I'm excited, I think he's a great character and I think he'll be great in the film."
Current story arc 'The Darkest House' concludes in Secret Six #33, due to be published on May 4.
