A comic book was created at the event which set new records as the 'Fastest Production of a Comic Book' and 'Most Contributors to a Comic Book'.
The new Superior issue was conceived and completed in 11 hours, 19 minutes and 38 seconds and involved 62 contributors, including event organiser Mark Millar and artists Frank Quitely, John Romita Jr, Chris Weston and Steve Yeowell.
"This is normally at least four weeks' work and has be done in the space of a single day" said Millar.
The comic will be printed and distributed through Marvel Comics' creator-owned imprint Icon. All royalties will be donated to Yorkhill Children's Foundation in Glasgow.
Over the weekend, Millar also announced that he and Kick-Ass collaborator Romita Jr are working on a Hit Girl spinoff, and that he is also collaborating on an upcoming, unnamed project with Quitely.
