The 608-page volume was outed by online retailer Amazon, who has it listed for October on its US storefront.
Written by Brian Azzarello and illustrated by Eduardo Risso, 100 Bullets is a pulp noir crime drama with a revenge theme. The book ran for 100 issues and was awarded both Eisner and Harvey accolades.
It is not known how many issues of the comic will be compiled in the collection, though it has been speculated that the page count equates to around 27. It is thought that the entire saga will span four volumes.
Azzarello and Risso are currently working on a Vertigo project titled Spaceman, due for release later this year.
100 Bullets Book One will be available to purchase from October 11.
