IDW Publishing has teased a new 'Frankenstein' project from Steve Niles and Bernie Wrightson.
Frankenstein Alive, Alive! will reunite the pair of creators, who have previously collaborated on IDW's Dead, She Said and Dark Horse Comics' City of Others.
The publisher's editor-in-chief Chris Ryall posted the teaser image on his blog.
Both creators are renowned for their work in horror comics. Niles is best known as the creator of 30 Days of Night.
Wrightson is an industry veteran who has illustrated legendary titles including House of Mystery and Swamp Thing, which he co-created with Len Wein. He has also provided artwork for Stephen King books and created a fully-illustrated edition of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
Niles's Criminal Macabre title was recently revived in one of Dark Horse's Free Comic Book Day publications.
No information on the release date for the new project has been given.
