The move sees the publisher join the likes of Marvel, DC, Image and BOOM! Studios as a comiXology affiliate.
"Archaia is committed to working with the best and brightest distributors in the industry to provide our fans with the greatest access to our content," said Archaia CEO PJ Bickett.
"When it comes to digital distribution, comiXology ranks among the elite. I have witnessed firsthand the extraordinary impact comiXology has had on how the entire industry views digital, especially with the largest brands. Archaia is excited to be in such great company."
Released in conjunction with Roddenberry Productions, Days Missing follows a time-manipulating steward, who must erase past events to save the future. The first volume features the work of creators such as Phil Hester, Ian Edginton, Frazer Irving and Lee Moder.
Hester went on to write the second volume, Days Missing: Kestus, which was illustrated by David Marquez.
Both volumes are available to download for digital devices via the comiXology app.
