The move sees the publisher take its first steps into the digital market, having announced plans to enter the sector at last year's Comic-Con International.
A total of 15 Aspen titles will be available initially, including its flagship books Fathom, Shrugged, Soulfire and Executive Assistant: Iris. Individual issues are priced between 99 cents (60p) and $2.99 (£1.80) based on page count. Previews and #0 issues will be distributed for free.
"We've been working to get Aspen titles onto Comics by comiXology since before we even launched," said comiXology CEO David Steinberger. "So, it gives us great pleasure to add them to the platform.
"We are always looking to expand our comic library to give our community more comic titles to enjoy and Aspen will be a great addition."
Last week, comiXology announced that Archaia's Day's Missing is coming to its platforms, marking the publisher's digital debut.
A list of Aspen's digital launch titles is available via the comiXology app.
