'My Last Landlady' will see the creative team reunite for the first time since their short-lived collaboration on the first arc of the legendary Sandman series.
Composed by Gaiman, 'My First Landlady' is a poem about a new tenant in a cottage overlooking the sea who is stalked by the owner.
The anthology comic will also feature a nine-page story about the reunion of the creative team.
Published by IDW, Hero Comics 2011 raises funds for the Hero Initiative. Released in June, it will also feature original stories including a Chew strip by John Layman and Rob Guillory and a Elephantman piece by Richard Starkings and Doug Braithwaite.
Kieth previously explained to Digital Spy his reasons for leaving what became one of the most acclaimed titles in comics history.
The Gaiman-penned Doctor Who episode 'The Doctor's Wife' aired in May.
The Hero Initiative is a non-profit organisation that offers medical and quality-of-life assistance to comics creators.
