The November launch marks the anthology's move from a bi-annual to annual publication.
"Book Four will be the largest and most ambitious volume yet - with more pages, more artists, a larger print-run of 1,000, and extensive interactive material that makes full use of the joy of the printed artefact," said editor Tom Humberstone.
"The book will launch in London in early November, with a wider launch taking place at Leeds Thought Bubble later that month. Pre-orders will receive a copy of the book ahead of the official publication date - delivered in bespoke, uniquely designed envelopes."
The latest volume will be built around the theme of 'maps', featuring the work of 30 contributors including Stephen Collins, Marc Ellerby, Philippa Rice, Matthew Sheret and Humberstone.
Solipsistic Pop was conceived as a publication showcasing the "finest new and established comic artists based in the UK". It is designed to demonstrate the versatility of the medium beyond the narrow conception of comics as superhero stories.
The previous volume was released last November.
