The agreement sees the release of T-shirts, hoodies and other items of clothing featuring Marvel heroes bearing the NFL team's branding.
"We are excited to team up with Marvel Entertainment to create such a unique line of apparel for our fans," said Dallas Cowboys marketing exec Jerry Jones Jr. "We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to energise our fans, and what better way than to combine our brand with some of the all-time great superheroes that everyone has grown up with."
Marvel has previously entered apparel deals with NBA teams. A T-shirt featuring the Hulk in the Boston Celtics colours was released last year, and a Miami Heat shirt depicting the Avengers was issued when the team reached the NBA finals.
Mike Jerchower, Marvel's director of licensing, added: "Captain America and the Marvel Super Heroes are excited to join the Cowboys on their quest for the Super Bowl."
The Marvel-branded merchandise is available to purchase online via the Dallas Cowboys store.
