Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man #160 made headlines on its publication last month for bringing a shocking end to writer Brian Michael Bendis's 'Death of Spider-Man' story arc.
The issue in question culminated with the death of Peter Parker following a final showdown between Spider-Man and Norman Osborn, better known as the Green Goblin.
The storyline leads into the recently announced relaunch of the Ultimate Comics line as part of Marvel Comics' Ultimate Comics Reborn initiative.
Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man will be relaunched with a new character in the Spider-Man costume who will make his debut in the Ultimate Fallout miniseries.
The second print variant of Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man #160 is due to be published on August 3.
