DC Comics: The New 52 will commemorate September's new ongoing titles with the 1,216-page volume.
"This September, DC Entertainment is making history by launching 52 #1 DC Comics issues starring the world's greatest superheroes," the publisher said on The Source.
"To commemorate this milestone occasion, DC Entertainment will be releasing DC Comics: The New 52, a massive hardcover collection that collects every single one of these debut issues."
The relaunch will spin out of the pages of the current 'Flashpoint' event.
The current storyline sees Barry Allen - aka the Flash - trapped in a universe where alterations to the timeline have resulted in a frightening and unfamiliar world on the brink of collapse.
Some of the 52 new titles will continue on in largely the same way as they were before the relaunch, while others - such as the Superman books - promise significant changes.
DC Comics: The New 52 will be released on December 7.
