Richie Rich: Rich Rescue and Richie Rich GEMS will both debut in the autumn, ICv2 reports.
Rich Rescue will pick up where Ape's miniseries of the same name left off, launching with issue #5 in November. The launch title will feature a superhero parody with three variant covers paying homage to classic heroes.
GEMS is to reprint classic stories originally released by Harvey Comics alongside new stories by Sid Jacobson and Ernie Colon. The old strips have been recoloured using modern printing techniques.
Ape Entertainment acquired the Richie Rich license after striking a deal with Classic Media last year.
The publisher also holds the rights to release comics based on Dreamworks Animation properties following a 2009 agreement.
