The first of DC Comics' New 52 comics went on sale on August 31, and all copies were reportedly purchased within a day.
"Big News: Justice League 1 is heading for a 2nd printing after selling out in under 24 hours," a post on the official DC Comics Twitter feed read. "Thanks to the fans, shops and everyone."
The title was rumoured to have sold out at distribution level before its release.
DC also revealed that pre-orders of the title had topped 200,000.
Justice League #1 was reported to have been digitally pirated ahead of its official release.
