Jonah Hex writers Justin Gray and Jimmy Palmiotti are teaming with artist Moritat (The Spirit) on the title, which will debut this month as part of DC's 52 title relaunch.
The video shows anti-hero Jonah Hex's arrival in Gotham City, long before Batman donned his cape and cowl.
Watch the trailer for All-Star Western #1:
"Even when Gotham City was just a one-horse town, crime was rampant - and things only get worse when bounty hunter Jonah Hex comes to town," said DC in its solicitation.
"Can Amadeus Arkham, a pioneer in criminal psychology, enlist Hex's special brand of justice to help the Gotham Police Department track down a vicious serial killer?"
The publisher has previously released teasers for Static Shock, Birds of Prey, Legion of Super-Heroes, Grifter and Stormwatch.
All-Star Western #1 will be released on September 28.
