Wolverine will establish the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning.

A teaser for Wolverine and the X-Men revealed the new institution named after the late founding X-Men member.

Wolverine and half the X-Men have split from Cyclops's team following the events of X-Men: Schism.

The new institution is apparently a rival to Xavier's school, the traditional home of the X-Men.

The name of the school is a reference to Wolverine's unconsummated love for Grey, who was married to Cyclops and died in Grant Morrison's run on New X-Men in 2004.

Marvel Comics' Wolverine and the X-Men #1 will be written by Jason Aaron and illustrated by Chris Bachalo. It will be released on October 26.
