The Filth artist revealed on Twitter that he has finished work on the long-awaited series, reports The Beat.
The Marvel Comics limited series written by J Michael Straczynski began in 2007 but has suffered severe delays.
Weston posted an image of various famously delayed comic series including Miracleman, All-Star Batman and Robin and Desolation Jones, with The Twelve crossed off.
"Good news, comics folks: The Twelve is now totally, completely finished, the last pages of art from Chris Weston are in," wrote Straczynski in a later tweet. "It's done."
The Twelve features 12 little-known characters from Timely Comics, an earlier incarnation of Marvel.
Weston told Digital Spy that he was working on issue #11 of the series at Kapow! Comic Con in April.
It has not yet been revealed when the final issues of the title will be published.
