Venom will receive Lan Medina as its new ongoing artist.
Writer Rick Remender will be joined by the Castle: Richard Castle's Deadly Storm artist from Venom #10.
Marvel has promised "a brand new direction for Flash Thompson".
"The identity of Venom is in the hands of the villainous Crime-Master and Flash will do anything to keep it from getting out - even if it means going rogue!" said the publisher.
"That's right, Venom has broken the rules and not only is he on the top of the America's Most Wanted list, but Captain America's out to get him."
Medina is replacing Tony Moore, Remender's frequent collaborator on titles including Fear Agent, Punisher and FrankenCastle.
Venom #10 will debut on December 7.
