Volumes 54 and 54 of Masashi Kishimoto's manga will be available digitally far in advance of their print counterparts, reports Anime News Network.
The move is part of the 'Shonen Jump Digital Warp' initiative, which will allow English-language readers to catch up with the title in time for the January debut of the digital Weekly Shonen Jump Alpha magazine.
The tales of the impulsive young ninja consistently top the manga and graphic novel charts.
Naruto vol 54 is available digitally now and will be released in print on January 3.
The digital edition of Naruto vol 55 will be released on November 21, with the print edition following on March 6.
The move supersedes Viz's previous announcement of day-and-date simultaneous releases for its print and digital editions of Naruto.
