Marvel Comics has assured readers that the titles are still in the works, following the axing of a string of its series, reports Robot 6.
The two titles will continue the publisher's revival and reimagination of the properties that its parent company Disney purchased in 2004.
Marvel has recently announced a string of cancellations, including X-23, Daken: Dark Wolverine, Alpha Flight, Ghost Rider and Black Panther: The Most Dangerous Man Alive.
Writer Peter Milligan and artist Ramon Rosanas are working on Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, which centres around the British spy codenamed 'Charlie Kiss'.
Route 666 will be written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and illustrated by Peter Nguyen.
Ruse, Sigil and Mystic debuted with sales apparently buoyed by nostalgia, but fell dramatically towards the conclusion of the miniseries.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and Route 666 will both debut in 2012.
