The publisher announced via its blog that the flagship comic has become the first title of its 'New 52' initiative to receive five printings.
"Justice League #1 is sold out and once again we're headed back to press. With this reprint, Justice League #1 becomes the first issue from DC Comics' 'The New 52' to receive five printings," read a DC statement.
Justice League #1 is written by Geoff Johns and illustrated by Jim Lee. The comic sold more than 186,000 units upon release, and has now broken the 200,000 mark in combined sales of each printing.
DC announced a fourth printing of the comic with a variant cover design from David Finch in September. The fifth edition will be released on January 4, 2012.
Justice League continues with issue #4, available on December 21.
