All the publishers' titles will be released in print and digital on the same day from December 14.
The publisher launched its comic-reader app earlier in the year.
The move applies to all comics, trades and original graphic novels.
"If it's coming out - and we have the digital rights (which we do to 98% of our titles) then it's coming out day and date," Dark Horse's publicity coordinator Aub Driver told Robot 6.
Marvel Comics recently announced that it will be rolling out simultaneous digital releases across all its mainstream titles in a move that will be completed by the end of March.
DC Comics has been day-and-date since the debut of its New 52 titles in September.
