'The Fury of Firestorm: The Nuclear Men' adds Joe Harris as co-writer

The Fury of Firestorm: The Nuclear Men is to be co-written by Joe Harris from issue #7.

DC Comics announced that the Ghost Projekt scribe will assist writer Ethan Van Sciver on the 'New 52' title.

Van Sciver will also provide cover and interior art for The Fury of Firestorm #7 and #8 before regular artist Yildiray Cinar resumes his duties for issue #9. Gail Simone, who co-plotted the first six issues, will focus her attention on DC's ongoing Batgirl title.

"The secrets are out, the weapons are amassing, and Ronnie and Jason have barely begun to understand the depths in which they're swimming," said series editor Rachel Gluckstern. "Once they were normal teens, now they wield incredible powers - and have caused incredible disasters.
