The legendary comics creator will make his first guest appearance at a UK comics convention for almost 40 years in 2012.
Other guests for the event include Brian Bolland, Mark Buckingham, Howard Chaykin, Ian Churchill, Mike Deodato Jr, Jamal Igle, Phil Jimenez, Andy Lanning, Tony Moore, George Perez, Bill Sienkiewicz, Fred Van Lente and Bernie Wrightson.
The new convention will be held at London's ExCel centre on February 25 and 26.
Lee is known for co-creating some of the most recognisable superheroes in the world, including Spider-Man, the Hulk, the X-Men and the Fantastic Four.
For his upcoming 89th birthday he has asked well-wishers to donate to the Hero Initiative charity instead of spending money on gifts.
Lee recently unveiled his 'World of Heroes' YouTube channel.
The London Super Comic Convention joins Kapow! Comic Con, which will enter its second year in the capital in 2012.
