The bestselling title will take on a new look from January 19 to celebrate the launch of its 200th issue later this year, reports Licensing.biz.
The Simpsons television show also hit a milestone in 2012 with its 500th episode scheduled to air in the spring. Fox confirmed that it had commissioned two more seasons of the animated sitcom last October.
"We're really excited here at Simpsons HQ," said editor Martin Eden. "The TV show continues to break new boundaries with its 500th episode approaching and the 25th season commissioned, and the comic, by relaunching with this fresh new design, is proving it's here to stay.
"We've got some great stories in store for readers and we know they're going to love the new look comic."
Titan also confirmed that affiliated titles Simpsons Comics Presents Bart Simpson and Futurama Comicswill be given similar overhauls.
