The acclaimed series, written and illustrated by Howard Chaykin, was originally published by DC Comics in the 1980s, and last collected two decades ago.
"The Shadow: Blood And Judgement was the first job I produced after moving to California - a new state, a new studio and a new lifestyle," said Chaykin.
"I loved doing this book, and learned an awful lot about what it took to revive and recreate moribund characters in the process."
Dynamite president and publisher Nick Barrucci added: "In the '80s, it helped change the face of comics. It is a privilege that Dynamite is able to put one of the finest comics ever created back in print."
Dynamite acquired the rights to The Shadow last year after striking a deal with Condé Nast. The publisher has since released new material based on the property, featuring the work of John Cassaday, Alex Ross, Ryan Sook and Jae Lee.
The Shadow: Blood And Judgement will be reissued in trade paperback in April.
