Marvel have been running a slowly mounting story in which Dr Otto Octavius has been planning revenge on Peter Parker.
The storyline will debut in Amazing Spider-Man #682, just in time to mark the 50th anniversary of the character.

Spider-Man is also due to star in 'The Omega Effect', a crossover featuring Daredevil and The Punisher.
Dan Slott and Stefano Caselli's Amazing Spider-Man #682 will be released on March 21.
