The rapper teased a secret project with the publisher during an interview with Forbes.
"I will not let any cats out of any bags prematurely," TI said at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas.
"[But] there is a Marvel Comics franchise that has been inquiring about my availability for quite some time."
It is unclear what form the collaboration would take, whether musically, as an acting role or collaborating on one of the publisher's comic titles.
TI also revealed that he is in talks to appear in a number of films alongside stars including Omar Epps, Kevin Hart and Tom Cruise.

"We also have a new Tom Cruise film with Doug Liman who made the [first] Bourne Identity, Swingers," he said.
"I have that as well on the horizon... aside from that, I have some other film things that I'm looking into, something with Kevin Hart that I'm looking into, something with Omar Epps that I'm looking into."
Marvel's next big-screen release will be The Avengers, which opens in UK cinemas on April 26 (under the title Marvel Avengers Assemble) and May 4 in the US.
