The publisher is producing a digital comic to accompany the video game sequel.

The five-issue Darksiders II: Death's Door miniseries will be written by Andrew Kreisberg (Batman Confidential, Fringe) and drawn by Roger Robinson (Batman: Arkham City).
It offers a look into the secrets behind the new game, which follows the continuing adventures of Death - one of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse - as he seeks to redeem War, who stands falsely accused of inciting Armageddon.
The game was created by fan favourite comics artist Joe Madureira, who is also a co-founder of THQ's Vigil Games.
An exclusive Darksiders II #0 print edition will be available with pre-orders of the game.
Darksiders II: Death's Door #1 will debut on July 4, with the game following in August.
