A trailer for the Dominion: Dinosaurs vs Aliens motion comic has debuted.
Filmmaker Barry Sonnenfeld and writer Grant Morrison feature in the teaser for their joint comic book and movie project.
"Most films that have been based on a comic for instance try to emulate or to ape the comic," says Morrison in the trailer.
"We've got two different versions of this thing. I don't think anything like it has ever been seen before."
The project is set 65 million years ago, and is about dinosaurs banding together to fight off an alien invasion of Earth.
Dynamite Entertainment and Liquid Comics released the Dinosaurs vs Aliens graphic novel in June. It was plotted by Sonnenfeld with a script by Morrison and art by Mukesh Singh.
Liquid revealed its plans to team with Yahoo on a series of motion comics in June.
