Brian Michael Bendis and Brian Hitch's tale - which will centre around the return of the Avengers' robotic archenemy - was originally planned for 2012.
It was to be Bendis's final Avengers story before his move to the X-Men titles, but was delayed due to a scheduling conflict.
'Age of Ultron' was first teased in the original Point One anthology. The story from 2011 was also reprinted as part of Marvel's Free Comic Book Day offering.
