Olivier Coipel will serve as guest artist on issue #5 - as previously solicited - before Avengers artist Acuña begins his run from the sixth issue.

His debut will launch the story arc 'Ragnarok Now', which deals with a young Thor's encounter with Apocalypse, as well as the ancient mutant's relationship with the time-travelling Kang the Conqueror.

"A lot of the foundational stuff is picking up from the [Uncanny X-Force storyline] 'Dark Angel Saga'," said writer Rick Remender during Marvel's Next Big Thing press conference.

"This has been a story that we've been reworking for so long now," he continued, revealing that it will deal with the direct fallout of Archangel impregnating Pestilence in 'The Dark Angel Saga.

"This is something that has a magnitude and scope that I don't think anyone will anticipate."

Cassaday will continue to work on covers for Uncanny Avengers.
