'All-New X-Men' gets artist David Marquez

Marvel Comics has announced that All-New X-Men will be drawn by David Marquez.

The Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man artist will replace Stuart Immonen after the first arc of Brian Michael Bendis's new Marvel NOW! title.

He will draw the flagship X-title for three issues from #6, although it remains unclear whether he will continue. Immonen will return or a new artist will join the team afterwards.

iFanboy posted an exclusive first look at the issue which shows the time-displaced X-Men continuing to struggle with their presence in the future.

The title is set around the actions of Beast to bring the five founding X-Men into the present in a bid to deal with the events that led to Avengers Vs. X-Men.

Marquez announced an exclusive contract with Marvel earlier in the year.

All-New X-Men #6 will arrive in January as the second issue in the month.
