Original material from top independent writers and artists will be released under the banner, as well as new and classic graphic novels and compilations.
The imprint will debut in July with Chronos Commandos: Dawn Patrol from writer/artist Stuart Jennett and a newly-coloured Numbercruncher collection by X-Men: Legacy writer Si Spurrier and 2000AD artist P.J. Holden.
Thrud The Barbarian and Ring of Roses compilations will also serve as launch titles, along with never-before-published volumes in a complete library of Jack Katz's The First Kingdom.
Three new series will be released under the Titan Comics banner later in the year - Gravestown, by writer Roger Gibson and artist Vince Danks, and Jay Gunn's Surface Tension will hit stores in September, followed by Monty Nero and Mike Dowling's Death Sentence in October.
"This is the start of something very special," said Nick Landau, publisher of Titan Comics.
"We're searching out fantastic new voices and astonishing new artists, and helping them bring their dream projects to fruition - as well as remaining a world-leader in the field of classic comics restoration and republication."
Each title will be available digitally on the same day that the print copy arrives in stores.
