Abadzis to pen 'Torchwood' comic
Published Tuesday, Aug 18 2009, 19:17 BST | By Mark Langshaw

The Laika creator will pen part three of miniseries Broken for the BBC's official tie-in publication, which is slated to run in issue #17.
The plotline finds the team trapped in a mysterious hotel, where Captain Jack and Ianto must face the malevolent Bilis Manger. Meanwhile, second-in-command Gwen Cooper is "plagued by the ghosts of Torchwood past".
Abadzis is just one of many big names to have worked on the publication since its launch, with Tommy Lee Edwards, Simon Furman, Ian Edginton, D'Israeli, and Carole and John Barrowman also having made contributions.
Torchwood Magazine #17 is released on August 20.
