I was very dissapointed. I couldnt wait for the 3rd season to come out on DVD and watched it on line. I was anxiously waiting for the 4th, downloaded the first 6 episodes watched the first and i havent even checked the second. I would have rather have them finished it in the 3rd althought it was sad to see Sucre sacrifice his freedom. Now its like a diferent kind of series, Michael magically erasing his tatoos and then just walking as if he had just washed them off was too much. What was worse was that scene before they got on the plane like they were The A Team. I hate that i watched that episode and i can no longer make myself believe it ended like in season 3

Prison break has finaliy disapointed me. It has no direction, all the characters rolls have been cut down n limited n Michael lost his tatoos which seem to have mad him soft n pathetic. All that is left is to burry prison break , but even after all this it is stillk my favourate show

What was once a series to look forward to watching is now just barely watchable. Is it that necessary to bring back the entire, well almost entire, cast from past seasons. In season one t-bag's character was as good as anyone but why bring him back in season 4, and Bellick, what the hell is he contributing with all of his bitching and moaning. Kill em' both off. This has to be the last season.

I just have to say that this is my FAVORITE show ever!!!! I get mad everytime a commercial comes on. I did know that they could not take them all back to prison, I just knew that Michael would find a way to fix it! (he always does) I know that every good thing must come to an end...I just hope this one does not come for a long time to come. Everyone is great, but tbag is just creepy!! I wish everyone luck and I my wish one day is to meet Wentworth Miller and or the cast.

My summary for the Prison Break Season 4 opener: Compared to Season 1 - Rubbish Compared to Season 2 - Good Compared to Season 3 - Great Anyone else remember when Prison Break was about a prison break? The whole (brilliant) original concept of the show was about Michael's master plan to break his brother out of prison. That's long gone now, and it just appears to be being turned into a cash cow.

First episode of new season, i'm left thinking i wish I stopped watching after season 2! They made the entire 3rd season pointless with SONA burning down and all the in mates escaping. Appearing to scrap a whole angle, what was the point of Sucre getting caught and Brad & T Bag ending up in SONA at the end of season 3??? Not to mention the whole SARA angle. Nothing to excite me from what I saw of the new season.

The intent to wipe out pretty much everything from last year within the first 20 minutes, just reinforces how bad Season 3 was... Hopefully the show will pick up, as this premiere seemed to spend it's running time turning the show into the A-Team...

a lot of movement in the first episode itself...many deaths...but few twists were silly...like the device that can copy any data and the way the gang breaks in to the card keepers house....and 6 cards...inspired by Harry potter eh...

thought it was an awsome opener, i hope this is the last season for the shows sake i could not handle Don Self getting killed and Michael and Linc back in jail again all for the sake of a fifth season, i have a good feeling about season four and i really hope prison break goes out on a high!

I welcome the return of Prison Break, but feel that a few things seem to have gone awry, namely, the casting. Throughout season 1-3 the actors proved their worth: you want a baddy, you get one. As the viewer, we knew and perceived them to be playing their part for the dark side. Looks alone being enough, at times. However, season 4 has introduced Wyatt, (who to me is) a big teddy bear like assassin with a fuzzy beard, and no hint of sinister or evil brooding in his eyes. Compare him to Mr. Abaddon in Lost (a character who exudes an eery, frightful persona, just in his eyes) and Wyatt seems all the more cuddly and friendly. Is he really the rightful replacement for the sly Paul Kellerman? At this stage in time, I think not. Moving on, another new character we meet is Donald Self, an agent in charge of the secret 'bring down the Company' mission. Again, he doesn't quite set the tone right. A little too friendly, soft, but definitely not as serious as I'd expect someone dealing with such a serious issue. The first and second seasons were filled with stern figure heads portraying the right conviction for their job: Alex Mahone, Fox River Warden Pope, Bellick even portrayed a suitable tough prison officer. I'll just have to put my faith in the quality acting of the staple characters who have established themselves as realistic, believable characters: Michael, Sara, Sucre, (and dare I say it, T Bag).

All in all a good couple of hours last night, although I did scoff at the question "How High Is Your Pain Threshold" and the removal of the tattoo. His whole top half of the body was apparently removed - are we supposed to believe that? And all he says about it is that he felt "lighter!" Otherwise good, although I agree with Miller that it should end this series - bring down the company and send Mike & Linc to a happy ever after......or kill them both :-)
